Awareness Walk

In 2006 several members of Soroptimist International of Vista decided to start a campaign to raise awareness of the scourge that is Human Trafficking, then a topic most people knew nothing about, or assumed was a problem only in third world countries. 2016 marks the 10th anniversary of the club’s Human Trafficking Awareness Walk. Our club is still working to end this modern form of slavery. January is Human Trafficking Awareness month so we always hold our walk in January. If you would like to get involved, contact soroptimistinternationalvista@gmail.com.
